In collaboration with the Réseau de transport de la Capitale, Baultar developed an ergonomic seat to eliminate back and neck in bus drivers. The development of this seat has led to a significant reduction in work stoppage due to health problems.
The 5000 series seat (Ergobus) won the CSST Quebec prize in 2009.
